Charleston Tower 102 Towed From Flood Waters By National Guard

Charleston, SC – Today Charleston Tower 102 was seen being towed from the Shadowmoss community by a National Guard recovery vehicle. At this time we have not received official word on the extent of the damage to the truck, but we do know it was rendered inoperable.
