The Bluffton Fire Auxiliary will host a 9/11 Memorial Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, September 4, 2016, 9:00 – 12:00, at BTFD Station 30, located at 199 Burnt Church Road in Bluffton.

Breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice, and milk. The cost of the breakfast is $5 per adult, $3 per child.  A family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) cost $15.

This is great opportunity to pay tribute to those firefighters and first responders who gave their lives on 9/11.  Donations will also be accepted for local firefighters who are participating in the Tunnel to Towers Run in Savannah on Saturday, September 10, 2016.  This program helps support the families of fallen firefighters and wounded warriors.  Bluffton Fire District runners have won this race for the past three years, bringing home the Siller Cup each year.  This award was named for Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter who lost his life while trying to save others when the World Trade Center Towers collapsed.

Get a great breakfast prepared by firefighters and tour the fire station!  Contact Leslie with Bluffton Township Fire District at 843-757-2800 if you have questions or would like to make a donation.
