A propane tank inside a U-Haul truck exploded Wednesday, causing residents nearby to think there was another earthquake in the area. The incident happened near the Waffle House in the Publix shopping center near Orangeburg Road and Central Avenue. Witnesses said the propane tank was attached to a grill in the moving truck.
