Charleston, SC – The 9/11 Silent Walk on the Arthur Ravenell Jr Bridge has been postponed due to the impending threat of Hurricane Irma. Citing the state of emergency the South Carolina is currently under and the majority of the participants likely being unable to attend in the event of a significant landfall, the call was made to reschedule the event. A tentative date has been scheduled for October 1st, however, this may be subject to change depending on the outcome of the pending hurricane.
