Slagle Fire Equipment; in West Columbia, SC, is taking applications for a Fire Apparatus Bid specialist who will
work in their SC office. This person must be well versed in all aspects of MS Word and Excel. Experience with
Quote Writer is a plus. The company will pay more for a person with experience in doing mechanical
Drawing’s in CAD.
The Applicant must be able to travel to departments in the areas we cover as well as to our main office in VA.
Once employed the this person will be required to make trips to the fire apparatus builder to inspect trucks or
have preconstruction meetings with the builder and customers.
This person will be required to have a CDL or be required to get their CDL within 60 days of employment.
